Sign For Work is a leading provider of employment services and we will help you find and keep meaningful and sustainable employment. Our high performing service has been operating since 1998 and our help is cost free.

We are an Australia Government employment provider of Disability Employment Services. We can help people who have been out of work for a short period or longer term, people who may have a disability or health concern, mature aged or a retrenched worker. In most circumstances we can help and you don’t necessarily need to be on a Centrelink benefit to access our services.

Our experienced staff assists people from a diverse range of backgrounds and tailor assistance focusing on the individual needs and circumstances of each client. We take our time to get to know you and we will help you overcome any barriers that might be making it hard for you to look for or maintain employment. Our assistance can be as little or as comprehensive as you need. We look at what skills and experience you have and what skills and experience might assist you to get work. We can assist you find the right education or training and may be able help with some of the associated costs. We can provide you with help that may include, work experience or other services that will help you overcome any barriers to make it easier to find and keep work.

When you are ready to look for work, among a number of other things we can help with:

  • We can assist with job coaching in preparing a résumé, application letter and interview skills
  • Find you work and provide you advice on the best ways to look for work
  • Access to an Interpreter if you need one,
  • We provide access to job searching facilities on site and help with using our facilities, including phone, fax, TTY, computer, internet and newspapers
  • Employer Relation Consultants who will reverse market you to potential employers

Our assistance doesn’t stop once you have started work. We continue to support you once you start work and help you settle into your job. The support may include meeting with you on regular basis, or short intensive support contacts by phone/email or a combination of the two. We can tailor ongoing support to your needs. We can even help if you require any further training or specialised work equipment to keep your job.
