Education, Work, Life (EWL) is a Sign For Work program that is solely focused on supporting young adults who are Deaf or hard of hearing. The program is designed to assist young adults who are transitioning from school to work or further study.

Education, Work, Life (EWL) program is coordinated by experienced staff, has Deaf Employment Consultants, qualified Auslan Interpreters, and staff who use Auslan. We also offer Deaf mentors who provide support and guidance.

We know it can be daunting leaving school and negotiating the job market or making the choice of what further studies to choose. You can be confident that Sign for Work’s experience and skilled staff can support you with all your employment needs.
